Britt Lord is the founder of Dandelion Partners, a purpose-driven leader, qualified project manager, and strategic advisor with a deep belief in the power of people and community to drive lasting change.

With over 15 years of experience in public sector transformation, project management, frontline service delivery, and workforce reform, Britt has experienced first-hand what helps teams and organisations to thrive, and where they get stuck. Her work is focused on leading teams, improving systems, and making space for genuine participation especially in complex people focused environments.

Britt founded Dandelion Partners to empower purpose driven enterprises, small businesses, and grassroots changemakers. Britt walks alongside teams and leaders, whether they've just starting out or navigating growth, with the support that's practical, honest, and grounded in real world experience.

At the heart of her work is a drive to help organisations strengthen their people, sharpen their practice, and lead with clarity and care.

That belief stuck with me until I was diagnosed with dyslexia and met an inspirational woman who believed in me. I realised then how much someone else's limiting beliefs had impacted my journey.
